How Can I Jump Higher: The Tried And Tested Answer

I am a volleyball player for such a long time now. And one of my frustrations is that I could not jump high which has made me lose my competitiveness for the game. I have been asking the question, “How can I jump higher?” for a long time now Up to this day, I still have not found the answer to my question.

As the years went by, more and more new and better players are joining our team. And because some of them can jump higher than me, they experience more action on the court than I do. I definitely want to improve my jump but I have been doing different exercises but to no avail.

I already have a workout plan mapped out by the coach and I followed this properly but no improvement still occurred. I even hired a trainer to supervise my workouts but still no improvement occurred. A few years ago, I even tried jumping shoes. These improved my jump to only 2 inches and nothing more. Still, two inches was not enough to bring my jumping ability to the next level.

I badly wanted to increase my jump but all the things I knew and tried did not work. I have tried learning everything I can on increasing my jump but all these were ineffective.
