You will want to join a club that just offers the companionship of other hobbyists like you. These clubs are often free. If you like competition, then you will want to find one that offers you the opportunity to compete in local and national tournaments. Just be aware that the bass fishing clubs that offer competitive opportunities usually require you to make application and pay yearly dues to become a member.
